Empowering businesses and consumers to make sustainable seafood choices
The Sustainable Seafood Program helps restaurants, retailers, and consumers select environmentally responsible seafood. By centralizing seafood inventory, sustainability tracking, and partner engagement, the platform supports informed decision-making, protects marine habitats, and drives long-term industry sustainability. Over 500 partners now actively manage their inventory, and more than 1,400 Ocean Wise Recommended options are tracked in the system.

Complexity of sustainable seafood management limits adoption
Managing large volumes of seafood inventory across multiple partners and locations was cumbersome and error-prone. Businesses lacked tools to easily track sustainability status, monitor supplier compliance, or manage multi-location distribution. Without streamlined processes or visibility into sustainability metrics, partners struggled to make timely, informed decisions.
